  7. Value things, events or people regardless of whether they are different than you. Notice similarities and share experiences.

  8. Accept and embrace the reality, truth, and goodness of who you are.

  9. Reprogram your attitudes and beliefs to form positive, healthy habits.

  10. In others, see that which is visible and also love and accept the presence of unseen good.

  11. Have confidence and faith. Trust the inner wisdom of your heart.
